Booking & payment
Bookings made via this website or our partner booking system are confirmed once payment is received. Spots are not held without payment.

Code of conduct
Students and parents are expected to treat coaches, peers, and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service for repeated breaches.

Intellectual property
Curriculum, lesson materials, and original instructor content remain the property of Sydney Robotics Academy. Student-built robots and code remain the student's property.

Photography & video
We sometimes photograph or record lessons for marketing. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@sydneyrobotics.com.au - we'll exclude your child from any future captures.

Liability
We carry full public liability insurance and follow standard NSW child-safety protocols. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the course fee.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active enrolees by email.
